With a medium salmon pink hue and the profile of a classic French Loire Valley dry rosé, this wine presents a beautiful balance of fruit flavors, refreshing acidity, and a clean, crisp finish. On the palate you get bright red fruits of cherry, watermelon, lime, and raspberry which continue to a crisp, dry finish of minerals, white flowers and savory herbs classically found in Cabernet Franc Rosé.
100% Cabernet Franc (single vineyard)

First the grapes were crushed and cold soaked for 20 hours. The wine was produced in stainless steel tanks, and was allowed to ferment with wild yeasts. After cool-temperature fermentation, it rested on a small amount of lees for a few weeks to extract extra aromas and give the wine its prolonged finish. It was then simply rested and bottled.
The balance of fruit and acidity in this wine lends itself to a wide variety of food pairings—from goat cheese, BBQ, or pizza to sushi, salmon, or tuna, or even chicken, turkey, or ham, this wine can do it all year round. And don’t forget the spring/ fall Holidays where it’s a perfect, festive fit!
