BOE’s Pinot Gris leans into the Alsatian style, as communicated by calling it Gris rather than Grigio. Full-bodied and driven by stone fruits, melon, blossom, and baking spices, our Pinot Gris is golden in color and rich on the palate. It is not at all the citrus-flavor-water that is sadly exported to the U.S. This is Pinot Gris the way it was meant to be!
