Sushi supper club Mayanoki offers New Yorkers omakase-style dinners prepared by one of the best sushi chefs in the city. Omakase literally means “entrust” which translates directly to the diner entrusting all aspects of the meal to the chef. This approach allows the chef to creatively prepare dishes with the freshest ingredients available and to use a more artistic, spontaneous approach to cooking.  Chef Albert Tse has been a sushi master chef for over 20 years, spending the majority of his culinary career at Zutto in TriBeCa. He now offers his world class skills to adventurous foodies who seek to experience sushi as only he can provide.  Join us as Mayanoki serves a multi-course (6-8 courses) sushi dinner, with Brooklyn Oenology providing selected wine pairings to be served along with the dinner.

A Look Back:

2013-12-16 21.06.15On Mon. Dec. 16th Brooklyn Oenology hosted the CD Release Party for Danny Fitzgerald and the Lost Wandering Blues and Jazz Band

Not only was the photography by Will Stevens extraordinary, but the music by this 25+ year band of accomplished musicians was not to be missed!  The night was a rolling jam-session of some of the best musicians we’ve ever heard, with everything from a full set of harmonicas, multiple trombones and a one-string washtub bass, to the extraordinary live singing of jazz great Madeline Peyroux – all right at the BOE Tasting Room!

Thank you Danny, Will, Steve and Madeline, and everyone for such a memorable evening!!
